providing comprehensive healthcare to home bound adult and senior clients.

We are a 100% mobile practice. We come to you!

• Primary / Preventative Care.
• Chronic illness management.
• Medication management to include timely refills of your chronic medications.
• Specialty referrals for ongoing complex medical management of your illness / injury.
• Transitional care visit within 7-14 days after hospital discharge to ensure your aftercare is coordinated and to check that you are stable and doing well after coming home from the hospital.
• House call visits for minor injuries and acute illness.
• Advanced care planning / Palliative Care.
• Hospice referrals and coordination of ongoing care.
• Home health referrals and coordination of ongoing care.
• Referrals and coordination for durable medical equipment (wheelchair) and medical supplies (wound care supplies, ostomy supplies, incontinence supplies).
• State mandated functional assessments for adult family home placement (most assessments are completed, finalized and sent to you within 24 hours)

• Most blood draws for labs and urine samples for testing can be collected in the home.
• Most radiographic studies (X-Ray) and EKGs (heart monitoring) can be done in the home.

Linda is a graduate of the Post Masters Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Between becoming a Registered Nurse in 1996 and a Nurse Practitioner in 2009, she was a Clinical Nurse Specialist for hospitals in the Seattle/Tacoma area for six years.

In addition to her practice at Circ Medical, PLLC, Linda is a Nurse Practitioner for a major hospital system in the Seattle area caring for hospitalized patients with a wide array of medical concerns.

Linda's clinical expertise include geriatric medicine, hospice, and palliative care.
